4-Week Launch Sprint

You started building. Let's actually launch it.

You're already building in Lovable, Claude Code, Base44, Bolt — whatever. You got further than most. But there's a gap between 'almost done' and 'real people are paying for it.' In 4 weeks, we close it.

    hourglass_empty

    Half-built and stuck

You started in Lovable or Claude Code or Base44, hit a wall you can't get past, and the tab's been open for two weeks.

    public_off

    Built but not deployed

It works on your screen. It doesn't exist in the world. App stores, hosting, domains — it's all a maze.

    tune

    Functional but rough

Core flow works. You're embarrassed to share it. The polish, the edge cases, the onboarding — it all needs another pass.

    campaign

    No launch plan

You haven't told anyone. You don't know what to post, where to post it, or how to get the first 50 users in.

    The 4 weeks

A focused sprint with a clear endpoint

    Week 1

    Scope & Unblock

We audit what you've built and decide what your app actually needs to launch — what makes the cut, and what can wait. Then we unblock the core flow so it works end-to-end.

    Week 2

    Tighten & Deploy

Testing, security, edge cases — then deploy. Hosting, domain, app stores. Whatever it takes to make it real and safe to ship.

    Week 3

    Soft Launch

Get it in front of 10–20 friendly users. Watch what breaks, watch what they say, sharpen the messaging and the onboarding.

    Week 4

    Launch & Decide

Content, distribution, the public post. The right people see it. The sprint ends with a clear-eyed decision on what's next.

    By Day 28, you'll have

checkA polished, secure build you're proud to share publicly
checkThe right way to talk to AI tools so they work for you, not against you
checkA clear-eyed decision on what comes next — keep going, pivot, or pause
    Investment

    What this isn't

A focused 4-week sprint to get you launched and into market. So you know what you're not paying for:

    Post-launch support

Once you're live and we've made the call on what's next, the sprint ends.

    Ongoing product management

I'm a coach, not a fractional PM. You stay the owner of the product.

    A full build

You're still the builder — I'm the one helping you finish, not replacing you.

    Questions, answered

    What if I haven't built anything yet?add
Then this isn't the right fit. The Launch Sprint assumes you've already started — you have something working, even if it's rough. If you're starting from an idea, the Starter Kit or the 4-week Vibe Code & Ship cohort is built for that.
    What tools do you support?add
Lovable, Claude Code, Base44, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf — basically anything AI-assisted. I don't care what you started in. The principles of shipping and getting users are the same.
What if my app is more broken than I thought?add
That's exactly what week 1 is for. We do an honest audit and decide together whether 4 weeks is enough. If it isn't, we make a plan — no surprises.
What if we don't finish in 4 weeks?add
We will, because the scope is set on day one to fit the time. The whole point is a focused sprint with a clear endpoint. If something genuinely changes, we adapt — but my job is to make sure you ship.
What does "heavy async" actually mean?add
A shared WhatsApp channel and Loom for the full 4 weeks. When you hit an error at 11pm, you send it. I respond within a working day, usually faster. This is how the real work gets done between our weekly sessions.
Is the Launch Sprint worth it?add
The real cost isn't the price — it's the months your app sits half-built and overwhelming, earning nothing, while you stay stuck. The Sprint gets it live, into real users' hands, and finally off your plate — and you keep the skills to do it again. Payment plans make it manageable.
What happens on the discovery call?add
We look at what you've built, where you're stuck, and what 'launched' looks like for you. I'll tell you honestly whether 4 weeks is realistic. No pressure, no hard sell.
